What is Procedural Training?
This section is an educational series to assist businesses in training your New Hires. In the past you would send a New Hires out with a trained worker to show them how to do a task. Problems always arise when someone trained by a trainer and not you, trains the next New Hires and they train the next New Hires. After time you begin to get complaints from clients and when you confront the worker responsible for the bad performance, the blame lies on the training and somewhere along the way the proper procedure was replaced by shortcuts. How many times have you listened to the excuse, and I quote; "That's NOT how I was trained"!
Green Applicator's Procedural Training establishes a BASELINE from which you can train your future employees. It is also a good refresher course for veteran applicators.
We suggest you have all New Hires watch the different Procedural video's prior to them going out to be trained your way so they can get a better sense of the big picture of what you do and what they will be doing. This makes the initial training with a trained worker that much more effective. Now, Employees will be saying, "I did it exactly as I was trained".
You must be a Registered Company or Private User to participate.
1. Users can log in securely with a User Name and Password 24/7 from the comforts of their own home, office or iPhone.
2. User watches the Video Presentation.
3. User takes the follow up quiz.
4. As soon as the User submits the test, it is graded automatically and results are shown on the screen.
5. Our "Certificate of Completion" can be printed out and a PDF of your Certificate will be sent instantly to the listed safety manager or supervisor.
Company Registration allows all registered company users; free unlimited viewing to this class for 12 months.
Private Registration allows the Individual User the flexibility of Pay per Click option not available to the Company Users.
